Eligibility Criteria

• Any company, group or individual, from any geography or background, with a suitable proprietary innovation and interest to conduct a proof-of-value pilot project in China, can apply, as long as:
  • The solution has reached Technology Readiness Level 6-9, and does not infringe other parties' intellectual prop-erty rights
  • The project complies with the relevant provisions of China's current laws, regulations, industrial policies or plans
