NOFO: U.S. Embassy Windhoek PDS Grant Program in Namibia

The U.S. Mission to Namibia invites proposals for projects that strengthen networks between the people of the United States and the people of Namibia.
All programs MUST include a significant American component, such as (but not limited to) building connections with U.S. experts, organizations, or projects that promote U.S. values, increase connections between U.S. and Namibian people and institutions, and/or support U.S. Embassy goals of promoting government transparency and accountability, economic prosperity, energy, science and technology, cybersecurity, AI, and advancing sports and cultural excellency. The proposed activities should be executed in Namibia (in-person or hybrid or virtually).

Eligibility Criteria
- PD Windhoek accepts applications from both the United States and Namibia:
- Registered not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks, community associations, and civil society/non-governmental organizations with programming experience.
- Individuals;
- Non-profit educational institutions;
- Public and private educational institutions;
- Local authorities or registered non-profit organizations managing an American Space through an active MOU agreement
