GameTime Community Champions Playground Grant Program (US)

GameTime is offering a matching-funds grant program—covering up to 100 percent of the cost—to support the purchase of new play systems.
This generous offer invites community leaders to amplify their playground budgets and transform visions into vibrant reality.
The structure of the grant makes it possible to maximize every dollar invested. To qualify for up to 100 percent matching funds, the list price of the playground system must exceed $75,000, and payment in full must accompany the order. For play systems with a list price between $25,000 and $75,000, communities can access up to 80 percent matching funds if they pay in full. If a project is purchased on credit terms, matching funds of up to 65 percent are available for qualifying play systems above $25,000. These contributions are subject to rounding rules, and the final amount may vary depending on specific purchases.
The range of eligible equipment is wide and inclusive. Full 100 percent matching applies to PowerScape®—including Aventus, Altus, and Spire Towers—along with PrimeTime® (including Odyssey), Xscape®, and Modern City®. Communities focused on fitness and engagement can benefit as well, with up to 50 percent matching funds available for THRIVE, Challenge Course, KidCourse, and The Stadium. For early childhood development, TotStuff and ECHO preschool play systems are also eligible for 50 percent matching support, ensuring that even the youngest children experience the joy and benefits of active play.
As with any grant program, additional policies apply. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and freight along with applicable sales tax is not included. Standard policies and warranties listed in the 2025 GameTime Playground Design Guide remain in effect, and GameTime retains the right to terminate the program at any time without notice. Importantly, this opportunity is valid only in the contiguous United States.
