The European Commission has launched proposals to support for the National Commercial Registry Center.
Objectives
- The transparency of the national system for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism in accordance with current international standards is strengthened.
- A management framework for the National Register of Beneficial Ownership in accordance with the FATF recommendations is implemented by the Implementation of the European Union-Algeria Partnership - OPSYS: NDICI-GEO National Center for the Commercial Register.
Funding Information
- Total amount available for this purpose: €250,000.
- Maximum project duration: 8 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only public administrations and mandated bodies of the Member States of the European Union as defined in the Twinning Manual are authorized to submit a proposal through the national contact points of the Member States of the European Union.
