Expected Results
- All villages (neighborhoods) in the Obock region are listed and attached to a health structure that serves them in vaccination activities by fixed, advanced fixed or mobile strategy. Indicators – Existence of a nominal list of villages attached to each of the health structures with number of inhabitants updated quarterly.
- All villages have set up and have functional community structures for their involvement in the organization of the provision of care in general and vaccination in particular.
- Each village monitors births and the continuity of vaccination of all children monthly. Indicators – Number of births reported per month per village/district – Number of zero-dose children per month per village/district – Number of children to be vaccinated per month
- Each village organizes a monthly vaccination session for its children. Indicators – Number of villages that have scheduled their vaccination sessions – Number of villages that have organized their vaccination sessions
