Call for Bids: Tajikistan Small Projects Programme 2025-26
Section
The British Embassy in Dushanbe is inviting proposals for the Tajikistan Small Projects Programme for the 2025–2026 period.
This initiative aims to support impactful projects that align with the UK's development priorities in Tajikistan. Organisations are encouraged to submit bids for projects that contribute to fostering access to justice, eliminating gender-based violence, promoting clean growth through innovative technologies, and enhancing conservation efforts for nature and endangered species.
The maximum project budget for proposals is set at £20,000. Activities should commence between October 2025 and March 2026, with all projects concluding by the end of March 2026. Proposals must include a clear set of objectives, relevant activities, and an activity-based budget. Bidders should ensure that the requested funds are essential to achieving the project's objectives. Project costs can be presented in Tajik Somoni or US dollars but must also provide the equivalent value in pounds sterling.
The embassy will assess proposals based on their alignment with the specified objectives, the clarity and achievability of the proposed activities, and the necessity of the budgeted costs to achieve the project's goals. It is important to note that bidding is competitive, and only selected projects will receive funding. The embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicants of the grounds for such decisions.
Proposals must be submitted in English and emailed to the British Embassy in Dushanbe at Dushanbe.
