Eligibility Criteria

• Business that is 51% or more black owned (broad-based black; South African citizen).
• Trading within South Africa and the majority shareholder be a Black South African citizen.
• An existing, established business with a minimum annual turnover of R50,000 to R50 million per annum.
• Business must be operational for a minimum of 6 months to 5 years.
• Main applicant needs to be a director with shareholding, and dedicated full-time to the business.
• The business must have a valid B-BBEE certificate with an indicator of at least 51% black-ownership.
• Must be based in Knysna.
• Must have transportation to the training venue (Knysna Municipality Region).
• Must have reliable laptop and internet/data access for online sessions.

Ineligibility Criteria

• Non-Profit Organisations, Non-Government Organisations, Co-operatives and joint ventures.
• Standard Bank staff members.
