The World Food Programme (WFP) is launching a targeted initiative in South Kordofan, Sudan, to strengthen food security and ensure that assistance reaches the most vulnerable populations. The project focuses on improving registration systems to identify and support marginalized and hard-to-reach groups, including persons with disabilities, female-headed households, nomadic populations, and those facing multiple vulnerabilities.
