McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program in Türkiye and Azerbaijan

The McKinsey and Company is inviting applications for its McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program to equip individuals at different stages of their careers – from career starters to job changers – with practical skills to succeed in the future of work.
Interactive learning journey: Variety of formats: digital courses, virtual-learning events, assignments, and reflection exercises Dedicating about two hours a week over ten weeks Workplace skills you can use immediately: Gain the skills and tools to do the following: Turn business problems into opportunities by using structured and creative thinking. Communicate in a clear and impactful way that makes your audience take action. Be adaptable and build emotional awareness for working in a team or alone, especially in times of change. Build strong relationships and maintain your well-being at work. Develop your digital tool kit and plan to navigate the modern digital world.
At the end of the program, participants will receive a McKinsey.org Forward digital badge and become part of an exclusive global network of life-long learners. The program blends practical learning with flexibility, requiring a commitment of just two hours a week for ten weeks. It is delivered entirely online, giving participants the freedom to learn at their own pace while staying engaged with interactive elements.
Eligibility for the program is open to individuals residing in Türkiye or Azerbaijan, with less than five years of total work experience. Applicants should have at least a high school education or equivalent, along with a good command of English, as the program is conducted in English. Work experience, including internships or apprenticeships, is considered, and those from nonprofit or NGO sectors or in non-managerial roles may also qualify even with more than five years of experience.
The Forward program is free of charge for eligible participants, reflecting McKinsey’s commitment to social responsibility. Upon completing the Core Skills level, participants will earn a certificate of completion along with a personalized digital badge, which can be shared across social media platforms and digital channels. While the program does not offer an accredited qualification, it provides valuable skills, tools, and recognition that can be immediately applied in the workplace. The deadline for application is 29 September 2025.
