The Environmental Protection Agency is seeking applications from eligible entities to support the operations of the National Tribal Air Association (NTAA).

Purpose 
  • This funding opportunity supports the NTAA in assisting Tribes in understanding, participating in and responding to EPA/OAR’s air quality planning, regulatory, policy and implementation activities while respecting and supporting Tribal sovereignty and individual Tribes’ rights to a government-to government relationship with the federal government.

  • Awards funded under this opportunity are expected to have a 5-year project period.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Only these types of organizations may apply.
    • States (including the District of Columbia).
    • Local governments.
    • U.S. territories and possessions.
    • Federally recognized Indian Tribes.
    • Public and private universities and colleges, hospitals, and laboratories.
    • Other Public and private non-profit organizations.
