The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Executive Office of the President, is seeking applications for the Model Acts Program from any national nonprofit organization that represents, provides technical assistance and training to, has special expertise and broad, national-level experience in drafting and revising model state drug laws.

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Applicants
- ONDCP encourages applications from nonprofit organizations, including institutes of higher education.
- Applicants must have special expertise in advising states on establishing or updating laws and policies to address illicit drug issues.
- Applicants should have expert knowledge and extensive experience in conducting research and analysis and providing technical assistance.
