Applicants are now invited to apply for the Environmental and Publicly Beneficial Projects to promote volunteerism, foster environmental awareness, identify and support initiatives that enhance youth potential, improve the quality of life for the population, especially vulnerable groups and introduce new tools for advancing community-driven projects.

Goals
  • To identify and support initiatives that contribute to the development of youth potential, improving the quality of life of the population, vulnerable groups, improving the environmental situation and
  • The emergence of new tools for the development of social projects and innovations in the countries of the competition, as well as to strengthen cooperation with local NPOs and civil sector leaders.
Objectives
  • The objectives are:
    • To encourage the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the areas of social projects, environment and community projects;
    • To develop non-profit organizations (hereinafter referred to as NPOs) and youth movements (including those acting as part of educational organizations, cultural institutions, existing public formations) registered on the territory of the countries of the Contest for at least 2 (two) years and implementing socially significant projects;
    • To establish partnerships with NPOs, local organizations and activists in the countries of the contest.
Funding Information
  • The minimum amount of financial support is 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) rubles, the maximum amount of financial support is 500,000 (five hundred thousand) rubles.
  • Duration: Projects must be implemented within 3 to 12 months after receiving funding.
Eligible Projects
  • Projects that engage children and youth in volunteerism and other community service activities
  • Development of digital solutions for NGOs and volunteerism, as well as for the support and advancement of environmental and community-focused initiatives
  • Initiatives aimed at improving the environmental situation, fostering environmental culture, and engaging citizens in eco-volunteering
  • Projects focused on animal welfare
  • Projects promoting volunteerism and environmental awareness
  • Initiatives in the field of sports and healthy living
  • Projects aimed at supporting vulnerable population groups
Eligibility Criteria
  • Non-profit organizations, volunteer groups, and youth associations officially registered in the countries where the call is open (India, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan) and working in the fields of ecology and community-focused projects are eligible to participate.
Ineligibility Criteria
  • The following are not eligible to participate in the competition:
    • organizations that are in the process of suspension of activities, reorganization, or bankruptcy.
