Call for Participants: Online Training Course for Egyptian Diaspora Activists
Section
Are you an Egyptian activist in diaspora? Are you working to promote human rights? Do you want to strengthen your understanding of minority rights and inclusion, improve your skills in project management and proposal design, and deepen your knowledge of international advocacy? The Minority Rights Group is now accepting applications for their online training course designed to equip Egyptian diaspora activists with the knowledge and tools to drive meaningful change for minority communities.
They are inviting applications from motivated activists to participate in an online training course focused on minority rights and international advocacy. This is designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge skills in minority rights, gender equality, intersectionality, international advocacy, and project management. The course is intended to build participants’ capacity to develop and implement effective advocacy and project-based initiatives that address challenges faced by marginalized and minority communities in Egypt.
Through expert-led sessions, group discussions, and analysis of real-world case studies, you’ll gain valuable insights and actionable strategies to apply in your work. As part of the training, participants will also be guided through the development of a concrete proposal idea—drawing on the course content and their own priorities—which they will have the opportunity to refine and submit for potential support or implementation.
